Here is a poem I wrote from my book of dark poetry, Beyond Words.
A poem titled "Stencil" by Aaron Bloodgood from his book of dark poetry, Beyond Words. I'm a siren, a magnet for your soul. And I want to see your truest self, Flesh torn; heart blacker than coal. So you float, secrets saliva on your tongue. Your breath in the wind, the ocean in my ears. Hopes and dreams upon the ceiling fan, hung. Like a vortex spinning though endless years. Seduction so easy; vapid, empty eyes. No poise or grace, just a clock stuck in time. Lust, mystique, and a series of compulsive lies, Chasing sunshine is an unforgivable crime. So confess a little more, this time with feeling. Lick your lips and bare your sins under the cloudy moon. Bleed all over me, so that I may begin healing.

"Pinhole Light" Tonight we gather in celebration Of the death of a saintly sinner. Here at World's End Station, We say goodbye with an exquisite dinner. We'll feast on the bones And try not to choke. Then etch on the headstones, "His throat was slit with a pen stroke". Then rise, like the Son in the light. We'll dance together, hand in hand. And do it again in another night, As the old gods demand.
