They did tell me after, when the shoulder pain was unbearable when I came to (would of loved a heads up tbh) lol I've been walking, doing the heating pad plus hot showers. I'm just impatient, but it's getting better every day, at least.

Thank you! honestly, if the shoulder pain was gone completely, I'd virtually be pain-free but sleepy lol. It really put it into perspective for me, how much pain I was in daily.
