7. If everyone is supposed to “immediately comply with law enforcement” then why didn’t the January 6th rioters comply with orders to disperse?

Ashli Babbitt was told to leave the hallway, she didn’t comply. Now you hold her up with Jesus and Dale Earnhardt. Seems like selective enforcement, no?

6. Is a Honda Pilot at less than 0-1 mph actually “deadly force”?

Honestly, I’m not an engineer or a doctor. 30 mph, ok I can see that. But at a diagonal from a dead stop… are we really to believe that’s “life threatening” and not “injury causing”?

5. Why was it “get out of the car” and not “get the car out of here”?

Weren’t they there to “do a job”? Wouldn’t dragging her out of the car distract from the task at hand? If you’re there to serve a warrant (there *was* a warrant, right?) why the side quest? Do ICE agents lack focus?

4. What authority does ICE have to order a US Citizen to “get out of the car”?

Not letting this one drop. Renee Good was not part of any suspected immigration violations, why did the agents order her out? But mainly… why was this a lawful order if ICE only has jurisdiction over immigration issues?

3. Why did the agent allow himself to be rattled?

Clearly he lacked the basic skills of professional detachment that even educators and bar bouncers have mastered. Even the LAPD has figured out how to be aloof when yelled at. Why do armed agents lack the basic skills of a kindergarten teacher?

2. When was the agent trained to place himself in front of the car?

Clearly, we all saw homeslice walk to the front bumper. What was he doing there? If he didn’t want to have a car driven at him, why was he in that situation dressed the way he was? Asking for trouble.

1. “Get out of the car” for what?

If you insist she should have “obeyed officers” then riddle me this, Ms Braun… why did they want her of the car?

ICE has no jurisdiction to arrest her. She’s not part of their investigation. Why order her out? Again, we know the answer, we just to hear you say it.

(Yes I know we already know the answers to most of these, I just want to hear conservative commentators pressed on it.)
