The supervisor went off for a smoke & a coffee then eventually came back and said I could continue with my walking stick. Weirdly they did not check me despite wearing walking boots & a brace.

I had ‘fun’ when I handed over my walking stick as I went into the scanner. The agent refused to give it back as it was in her words ‘a dangerous weapon’ so I just stood in the scanner as I couldn’t do anything else.

It’s the invisible people who work hard that keeps the world ticking over. They’re more important than the loud noisy individuals who puff up with self importance but have little to add to humanity.

A stupid, scared man leading a stupid government. It is totally within his power to stop the boats. He can reset the UK’s relationship with the EU by agreeing to apply the provisions of the #DublinRegulation.
