Intense rain again now with very heavy downpours and winds picking up again which will lead to more flooding tonight. Winds will ease for a while tonight but pick up again with a number of yellow wind warnings for tonight and Sunday.

That was the most significant TV weather forecast for snow since 2018. It is tricky setup to forecast and I fear many may not be aware of how much snow may fall for some areas.
