The population of the US is approximately 335 million. So even if I concede the total of your numbers, that's about 5%. And if course that would be every adverse event, with no record of how severe, or minor the event was.

I would like to see a source for the 80% and the ten. But for a brief moment let's go with those numbers. If the ten percent is true, that means the actual number is something like 20 million, if I remember your initial post correctly.
