I'm so ADHD that every day I lose my glasses, my keys, and have to reheat my coffee a minimum of 4 times before it's gone.
That is lovely, but I feel like it depends on the ambiance you're going for. I'm drawn toward 3000K for a softer, relaxing mood. We could all use that right now.
