I love a paperback to read and I love a special edition for my shelves. That being said, the only special editions I tend to buy are from indie authors putting out their own or working with other small businesses and artists. The multi releases on B&N shelves can kick rocks

I'm like 45% in and I'm hooked. I'd finish tonight if I didn't have to work early in the morning! And dang it, why don't I have a blueberry pie already made for breakfast tomorrow??

Unless it's Manga. Then you gotta go into it either finding a complete series or knowing there's a 50/50 chance you'll never get an ending.
