Bought the 6yo to Queen's Park for family day and learned a bunch of stuff alongside him (Ontario's legislature is unique in having not one, but two maces).
I've always imagined an "Ontarian" to be someone other than me but I guess after 20-odd years/2 kids here I must start to accept I live here.

As the dad in a streaming family, I would just again urge CBC to create a separate Kids app like TVOKids or K:Kids - or at least introduce parental controls/kids accounts on Gem.

A full third of the 40-minute artistic section before the athletes entered was blocked by ads.

Feels a little CyberPunk to run Claude Code in an terminal emulator that mimics old CRTs.
Also everything it identified is exactly the stuff I'd be cleaning out by hand in my own code by now. This is amazing and that last bit about "venue with spotty wifi" is a very real concern with this app...
