I went down a BA Robertson rabbit hole a few years ago and ended up with a couple of albums he made under different variants of his name in the early/mid 70s. They’re not that great but they’re quite interesting.

Isn’t it. It’s the kind of photo that’s making me increasingly consider getting a camera-camera instead of just using my phone-camera.

And as lovely as it is to hear her, this one has very modern-day brickwalled mastering. Her 2005 album, Still Together, had lovely old-school mastering with softs and louds and everything in between. Dynamics! The difference in terms of ear fatigue is extraordinary.
