I’m never kind to people because I expect anything out of it, but it’s been a really special experience the last few months for random nice things I’ve said or done to come back around in a positive way. Mail day! A fun side benefit of getting any new projects covered is that inevitably a few folks run me down and buy signed copies of something so I’ve got that going for me this week!

Had a delight at Jess Hagemann and @scribeofhades.bsky.social’s event at Talking Animals! Chris is always a blast to hang with and it’s so special seeing Jess bring Mother Eating to life with @ghoulish.bsky.social! For a year with a lot of downs I’m happy to see so many creatives enjoying ups

We hope we’ll be able to fill an entire panel truck of food to distribute to them. As a former Guinness recognized Tetris Champion (really) I’ll be periodically visiting the truck through October to reorganize the contents and maximize the amount of food we can fit inside!
