I’m never kind to people because I expect anything out of it, but it’s been a really special experience the last few months for random nice things I’ve said or done to come back around in a positive way. It feels like unknowingly planted seeds of positivity have bloomed in the most wonderful of ways

Mail day! A fun side benefit of getting any new projects covered is that inevitably a few folks run me down and buy signed copies of something so I’ve got that going for me this week!

Quentin Sergenov moved at Circle Cinema, which means it’s time to donate to Trevor Project! Remember that 35% of sales go to benefit Trevor Prokect for the life of the book, whether you buy it from me personally, the ‘Zon, or direct from Encyclopocalypse Publications!

It had a much more difficult road to publication and getting on people’s radars than Our Lady (women serial killers and girl power in the 80s versus satanic snuff films in the 70s), so it’s touching to see Beasts of 42nd Street neck-in-neck with it on GR…!

We hope we’ll be able to fill an entire panel truck of food to distribute to them. As a former Guinness recognized Tetris Champion (really) I’ll be periodically visiting the truck through October to reorganize the contents and maximize the amount of food we can fit inside!

Vickery Meadows is both one of the most diverse and poorest communities in America, hosting families from Afghanistan, Myanmar, Syria, Latin America, and more. That’s why my shul is collecting food to distribute for the HHD, and I’m playing a part…!
