@druckmann.bsky.social i don't know how much you care. But I want to compliment you and @grosstastic.bsky.social on the writing of The Last of Us 2. It's the single most incredible piece of media that STILL affects me. And I cannot wait to see how it plays out on MAX. Just finished my 4th play.

The folks who shout that this is a Christian nation sure have an awful lot of complaints about an Episcopalian minister encouraging the president to be more Christ-like...

In response to the next four years...

I would prefer not to.

Small celebration:

I finished 40 books in 2024 (41 if I can ever finish The Bright Sword).

That's 14,584 pages.

Countless adventures.

In fun, real-life news: I'm buying a house!

I'm 38, still paying massive student loans, and thought I'd NEVER own a home.

If you're writing The Rise and Fall of America, what's your last line?

"We thought America was a promise. But Freedom and Independence weren't rallying cries, they were masks the wealthy wore to convince the working class they were on OUR side.

But they werent."

What was the mold all the folks in Salem were eating?

I may need some of that soon.

Just started eating my ham and cheese sandwich upside down. No wonder it tasted weird.

You know your humor is too literary when you get blocked for quoting Bartleby, the Scrivener on a post about Moby-Dick...

What is the consensus on what we call a Bluesky post?

Is it simply a post?
A Skyblog?
A Bluey?

Ever think about how our concept of Hell was basically created as a political revenge fantasy by an exiled Florentine in the 1300s?

Was thinking about #Vols football last night...

What I wouldn't give to pair this year's defense with the 2022 offense.

Can he pardon the rest of us for the next four years???

Feeling a bit like Milton from Office Space.

Pretty sure my side-gig has soft fired me.

Has anyone seen my stapler?

I complained about how cold it was. My kiddo's response to me wearing shorts:

Kiddo: Maybe you should wear longer pants.

Me: Maybe YOU should wear longer pants!

Kiddo: I'm already wearing long-sleeved pants!!!

tl;dr: My kiddo is adorable and I love him.

Curious how Diego Pavia plans to argue his JUCO years shouldn't count against his eligibility. This case has the potential to exacerbate the transfer portal issue.
