Coudnt agree more! So important for context-aware glycan modeling. Cant help but wonder how the field would address structural complexity as result of glyco bond rotamers, anomeric stereochemistry and the lack of co-evolutionary signals for MSA-based methods since glycans arent encoded in genomes
