I'm in Sri Lanka and my mother in law made this beautiful kulfi
Made my mother's special Christmas biriyani. The base is a mild chicken curry cooked in ground cashews + herbs and spices including lemongrass and green chillies. Fairly unconventional as biriyanis and pulaos go. Topped with butter toasted raisins and cashews followed by herbs and fried shallots.

Excellent bougie breakfast. The rillette was 11/10. The bread was as good as my wife makes it.

Acquired this really neat first edition Clarke from 1956 (paperback ofc) of a short story collection I absolutely love. This edition is unique because the cover is in landscape orientation
