During today's budget debate, I introduced amendments that would:
• Keep more tax dollars for education in public schools
• Restore the income cap for the private school voucher program
• Increase funding for students with disabilities
NC House Republicans blocked all of them.

My personal favorite part? 12 of the 60 units will be reserved for young people transitioning out of foster care. This matters!

Two days in a row now, the speaker has put House Bill 171 (DEI ban) on the calendar and then pulled it off when he saw how many people showed up in the gallery. They're cowards.

This app is the nerdy one now, right? I can post pics from our Colonial Williamsburg Christmas? I went to the courthouse both days bc I wanted to see different cases 😂 I was suing the county for bad roads, dad tried to get out of paying taxes bc he was moving that day, and Eric played a justice 👏
