I've been feeling a little worn out by the summer heat lately. But I still went to see you today, full of energy. I rode my bike along the empty, hot road. My companions along the way were lots of dragonflies, bees, and grasshoppers♪

At first, I cut it with a saw, but the urethane sponge didn't cut well and a lot of scraps came out. I had no choice but to cut it with scissors. It was hard to cut little by little, but it was the easiest to cut.

I was reunited with my sofa for the first time in 20 years and the contents of the seat had been taken out and were unusable. I was very sad who did this, but I guess they didn't know I had the skills to fix it. I fixed it perfectly myself for only ￥5,000♪

On my way home from work, I was riding my bike to the station when I saw a farmer selling watermelons on the riverbank, so I bought one. When I cut it open, it had a cute pattern inside.

Yesterday, I rode my bicycle, and on the way there, I was exhausted after more than an hour of riding into the headwind. On the way back, I was able to get home in less than 30 minutes with the tailwind. It was good exercise in the scorching sun. I think people who run in this heat are amazing.

My daughter brought me my favourite sweet potato yokan as a souvenir from Tokyo. It was very hot, so we ate it with ice cream♪

At a tea ceremony lesson, I received a sumptuous bento lunch. It was the first time in my life that I had received such a gorgeous bento😲 I really enjoyed talking with so many people. Everyone is so kind✨

It was the first tea ceremony practice day of the year. I wanted to wear a kimono, so I got up early in the morning and tried many times to put it on, but I couldn't get it right and gave up💦 I was envious of the many people wearing kimono. I hope I will be able to wear it to next month's practice♪
