I love the Canadian trait of "not starting shit". We don't like the person who does, we don't respect it, and we actually thin it's a sign of insecurity. "Starting shit", "talking shit", "shit disturbing" and being "full of shit" are all part of the same family. The person who chooses these behaviours is often described as "shit head", whoever is responsible for the "shit show". We will, however, "finish shit", often by loudly claiming that "We've had enough of this shit" and reminding the aggressor that they "started this shit." -- origin unknown
