It's wild to me they are able to move around with impunity. One civil traffic engineer could fix all of this. It's so hard to avoid complete traffic jams— causing one that blocks these assholes in should be trivial.

Better to keep the government closed if it has become an engine of abuse than to reopen just to facilitate the flow of resources into the abuse machine.

The administration's funds are limited. Every cent this administration has goes to self enrichment and public harm. Snap funding is no less in peril by opening the government—any public good is under threat—defunding snap is just a lever they had to pull earlier than intended.
