Well hopefully the neighbors don't think my partner was stabbed or something lol She went to get something on the back porch in the dark and I guess we have a northern flicker staying out there. When she turned on the light it looked at her and she has a patented murder scream she does when startled

It was an amazing game, I can't think of another in awhile that I enjoyed that much. From start to finish. I wish I could erase the experience so I could experience it for the first time again.

On another note, Io played Outer Wilds and the Echoes of the Eye and wow. It was a beautiful, surprising game. Echoes of the Eye especially left an impression on me

I think overall Predator Badlands was much more entertaining to watch. I enjoyed the Avatar movie for the visuals but it was... A Lot. With both good scenes and ones that felt like everyone in the scene was struggling to say their lines haha

Honestly I think the most compelling story would be focusing on the Colonel and him growing as a character. There was some character growth but the rest was really messy

Well we watched the movie lol I love the visuals and the whole world building but the writing just ain't there. Idk it was better when it focused on one character? Or mostly on one? It was more coherent

Sometimes I miss the dynamic our little fireteam had but I also don't want to deal with someone acting like a victim like that. There was other shit too but boy talk about a gut punch.

The topic came up last week and it still bothers me tbh. It just was so weird man. My closest friends are both my fellow queers and some straight buddies. I guess the rest of us just treated each other like good folks, I never knew it was "an issue" until he threw a fit over it.

Y'know, one of the most baffling things I've heard from an ex destiny friend was him, after 5 years of knowing him lol, saying he felt "alone" and "didn't know how to be around the gays" anymore. Which was just bullshit considering our group is all flavors of people. Like what
