AJ Cabill: Offers an aspect around culture, during the monitoring report this is a strategy and the teachers are not implementing. Supt. gets email from Union they felt thrown under the bus. Cabill further shared their are multiple ways Supt. can communicate the exact same thing.

Supt: How do school district do this? AJ Cabill: Staff prioritize quality over time if that means quality of analysis is stronger. If teams need more time, more stale data with powerful analysis. Alexander should be driven by the staff cycle of improvement.

Staff: Shares Culture of Improvement Weak and Fear of Accountability is real. Comes out of ways in collecting data, Schools choosing not to be identified, academic research publications perhaps because results are not that great.

AJ Cabill: Operations vs Instruction. Real human weakness lean on areas of strength. reality is that Supt. has to do both. Not acceptable for Supt. not to speak to operations or instructional. To Staff If Supt. cant stand and deliver. Make sure set up for success.

AJ Cabill: Provides "Extreme" example: 90% Graduate High School with Associates Degree. To accomplish had to re-allocate resources. Supt. cancelled football. (District Example from West Texas). Strategy deployment and monitoring has to coincide with resource allocation.
