San Diego County Supervisors are in charge of a 8.1 billion dollar tax-funded budget that impacts access to health care, affordable housing, parks, libraries, and other public services. We need someone in office who will fight for the well-being of our communities.

We strongly believe immigration status should never prevent someone from receiving health care – that’s never changed and it never will.
