It seems as though we have an administrative state, over crowded with many different law enforcement agencies, running around doing big government stuff. What should we do about that?

One such reform could be to increase each state’s Senate representation from two to three members,with each Senator deriving their authority from a different source:one elected directly by the people,one appointed by the state legislature,and one appointed by the governor.

In terms of gerrymandering, increasing the number of representatives would not eliminate gerrymandering entirely, but it would significantly diminish its effectiveness.
