Christmas Memories Past ⬇️

Despite missing a couple cousins and one sibling we had a great pizza party plus homemade carrot cake celebrating Patsy’s 86th birthday tonight

Very intriguing idea that includes basically a short track series between two tracks using a Playoff format

This morning on TMD during my Fred Lorenzen memories I mentioned O’Hare Stadium a track that was located right near the airport of the same name here in Chicago on Mannheim Rd. between Irving Park and Montrose Ave. - here’s Fred after a win at that legendary track #TBT

Very sad news to hear about the loss of Fred Lorenzen - a Chicago product from Elmhurst who started his career at O’Hare Stadium and other Chicago tracks racing against my uncle and many other great drivers in the area who went to NASCAR and became a Hall of Famer - RIP Freddie
