This bill is a direct attack on our health and freedom, putting nearly 200 health centers at risk of closing, blocking 1.1 million patients from essential care like birth control and cancer screenings, and decimating abortion access.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court issued its ruling in Medina v. Planned Parenthood of South Atlantic—paving the way for South Carolina to kick Planned Parenthood out of its Medicaid program over its status as an abortion provider.
