2️⃣ Our collaborators showed in multiple cancers, a subset of NK cells suppresses CD8+ T cell differentiation by hijacking IFNα & IL-2, blunting ICB responses. Fewer NKs = better clinical outcome.

1️⃣ In melanoma, we showed that NK cells accumulate in nonresponders post-ICB, enforcing immune exclusion by blocking CD8+ T cell entry. Depleting NKs unlocked tumor infiltration & ICB efficacy via CX3CR1.
