Updating Festive Frenzy to 1.20.5+, and I thought it'd be a good opportunity to update some old particles.

Took my time and made some pretty #minecraft particles

Improved the bauble projectile and made the explosion particle use the corresponding color and it looks so much better now

I know it's not christmas anymore, but I'm weaponizing it anyway
