Also either everyone playing dispatch is absolutely cracked, or I just suck completely. Some of the episodes I'm getting in the bottom 10% even though I managed an almost perfect shift.

ever since discovering it, TDSOTM has been my go-to anti-anxiety album. Speak to Me/Breathe starts at about 60 bpm (which is a good resting heart-rate), and listening to *any* music is a great way to sync one's heart-rate to it. Us and Them has been my undersung fav.
