Crews from Poudre Fire Authority and the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office extinguished a 2nd alarm wildland fire northwest of Fort Collins this afternoon. Flames were 15-20 ft. when crews arrived. The fire burned an estimated 17 acres. The cause was accidental and human caused. A citation was issued.

It’s moving day!
The Poudre Fire Authority crew and all equipment are moving into the new Station 7 in Laporte. The flag was raised this morning and the A-shift crew is officially on duty in the new house!
