May sound weird, but forcing yourself to move more slowly eases stress. Walk more slowly. Spend more time when cleaning the house. I used to think completing my tasks as fast as possible was a great way to get more done. I spent the time I saved doom scrolling and getting poor quality sleep…

I think a point to be made here is that developers are often more introverted in general, so being just a bit more sociable than the average will go a long way.
