Step 3: MEASURE BEFORE DESIGNING

Don't do what I did. If you are designing for a shirt, measure the shirt first.

Fun fact: Sweatshirts are more like squares than rectangles. So my design was too long by a LOT.

Step 2: Making a better design

V1 was okay, but I wanted to experiment a little. V2 is more dynamic, with more emphasis on the words that hit me the most in her songs.

I found some great images that resonate with the lyrics to use.

Step 1: Learn how to design

I worked in Figma to create an initial design based on lyrics posters I found online. I though that would look cool on the back of a sweatshirt.

V1 was alright, but I knew I could do better.

In honor of my first ever trip to Europe, I'm making an app that will track my budget and expenses exactly how I want them tracked

I started this a month ago and I am not particularly a designer, but you gotta start somewhere

I have one month to remember to finish it before the trip. Wish me luck!
