Movie: Bandersnatch
Rating: 7.5/10

I just watched Bandersnatch, and it’s definitely an experience. The interactive choices make it unique, but some parts felt a little drawn out. Feels like classic Black Mirror.

Song: You Don’t Do Laundry
Artist: Dev Lemons
Rating: 8.9/10

I have this theory that any song with ‘laundry’ in the title is going to be good. It’s so mundane that it has to be meaningful, right? Maybe not, though. Does anyone know other songs about laundry or other mundane tasks?

I’m sure you’ve heard this around recently, and it makes sense. The sound isn’t my usual, but the message connects. It captures emotions a lot of people are feeling. Definitely worth a listen, if you’ve got similar song recommendations, I’m all ears

Song: One More Thing
Band: L7
Rating: 7.5/10

It’s not my immediate go-to genre, but I still appreciate the sound. The energy and guitar work really stand out, and the vocals have a nice edge. It’s straightforward, but there’s something about it that’s catchy. Thanks to @reptimaniac for the song!

Song: Nikki
Artist: The Licks
Rating: 7.8/10

It’s got a great vibe and makes you keep listening. Songs with people’s names in the title always hit differently, something about them feels personal. My friend wasn’t a fan, which was surprising. What do you think?

A mellow, emotional track that’s quiet but powerful, though not something I’d play often. 8.2/10 feels right. With a name like Elvis Depressedly, I didn’t expect a happy tune! Any songs like this?

A captivating song, but I feel it isn’t exciting enough to score higher. The 8.4/10 rating fits for me: a great song, but not quite perfect. What do you think? Send suggestions below! vvv

Song: Where Are You Now
Band: The Wrecks and girlhouse
Rating: 8.7/10

A bittersweet song leaning more toward bitter. The 8.7/10 rating feels right: just short of a 9, but it has a great sound. I’m curious what you think. Let me know your rating and any other songs I should check out!

A melancholic track that captures the quiet grief of climate change. The 9/10 rating might be controversial, but that’s how I feel about it. Let me know what you think, and please suggest similar songs to check out!
