It was so warm and cosy here I actually managed to relax a little after spending twenty minutes just sitting in the heat with a coffee.

So relaxing I made some fairly important connections on some life stuff once I got home. Not earth-shattering but good to know. It'll help me in the future. <3

There's a big problem with workshop space availability once they graduate. A shame! 😞🫠🙃

I went to a Further Education craft fair in Cork today. Amazing stuff to be seen!

The general complaint was once finishing the course the start-up cost and workshop cost is too high. One woman, who I interviewed, talked about workshop space being ♿inaccessible but is working on a plan. #SpéirGhorm

No hat is part of the reason I chopped my hair off. I don't want long hair getting caught up in drills and oils.

I had my toolbox analysed at my DIY course yesterday. I was told it's very good. The only thing I felt was really missing was a ratchetting screwdriver and a drill (I'll get the drill in Aldo.)

The tutor said what I was really missing was a handsaw. I'll research that!

Had an absolute mare of a day the other day. Busy all morning. The dentist in the afternoon getting holes in my teef filled. The dentist was lovely! A student dentist, even!! Amazing!

Nothing for me to do but treat myself to a candlelight dinner all by myself as no-one is will to do it for me! 🕯️🌈🍽️

My Cork Bike Scheme photo that, last I heard, was hanging in the National Transport Authority offices.

I was given a €500 gift voucher for this and for the NTAs usage of my photos from this shoot on "socials" and in their annual report. Unfortunately some media companies are less honest. #SpeirGorm

The site has been sitting empty for an age, with nothing looking like it's happening. This after Sample Studios, an arts group using part of the building, were kicked out for "Construction."
