My VRC kobold model is finished for the time being! Finally managed to make 2D lip-syncing and eye expressions work after a lot of struggling, I’m quite happy with the end result :>
I’m planning on adding gear to him at a later date, like a gambeson and equippable sword + shield (when I have energy)

Progress update: my VRC kobold model has been fully weight painted and textured! All that’s left is to add 2D facial features via inner planes hidden inside the head.
I’ll have to figure out how to texture those planes somehow, I can’t seem to find any tutorials on how exactly that’s done @_@
