Not really, especially compared to previous generations of planes like the F15, F16, and F18 it’s a remarkably safe aircraft. The fact it’s only crashed like 11 something times in about a decade is impressive. Most f-35 related accidents are boosted because of the enormous cost of the program.

I got my first death threat DM not even within a month of coming out as trans. I should feel offended, I think, but honestly kinda feels like a rite of passage. especially considering I used to hangout with those people online before leaving the hate behind.
