just a silly lil guy. probably not gonna use this much
I remember people saying DCEU Flash was closer to Wally than Barry in personality but I don't think that's true at all, if anything that'd be a improvement. He's more like a unholy fusion of Barry, Bart Allen and Tim Drake

I like having a more pure evil interpretation of Megatron as a change of pace from IDW, but yeah I don't know about making him so over-the-top like that. All I needed was TFA Megatron if he was in a T-rated comic instead of a kids show

switch things up and make it a New Avengers cartoon

What's your X-Men roster looking like rn?
January 12, 2026 at 11:32 AM
Kurt not on the main X-Men team? Sad

Love it when comic adaptations use total glup shittos and make them into a bigger deal they are. Rupert Thorne in BTAS comes to mind

Do wonder if they chose the FoH as the main anti-Mutant antagonists cause Stryker and the Purifiers were too explicitly christian for a show on FOX Kids

he's just a really big fan

Honestly Mags would be the type of guy to sarcastically call his organization "Evil Mutants", like "Yeah, we're the evil Mutants that you guys are always so afraid of. Now run before we turn you into a smear on the ground"

Honestly I think X-Men 3 changing the Phoenix to a split personality was a good idea in theory, it's one of the few cases of making elements from the comics more mundane that I'm perfectly fine with. The real problem is that the movie sucked and executed it badly

WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO GET BACK TO JAPAN?
January 1, 2026 at 5:55 PM
yeah I was actually enjoying it and was even getting used to Claremont's idiosyncratic dialogue up until I got there lmfao

Ideally Kal should be Superboy until he's 18 years old and leaves Smallville following the death of the Kents
The next couple years he uses his powers in secret while travelling the world ala Birthright, before making his grand public return as 'Superman' at 22-23ish in Metropolis

Also I'd like to see a modernization of the idea of him leaving everything to 50/50 chance giving him a divided reputation as a benevolent Robin Hood gangster vs the malevolent super-villain terrorist. Two-Face doesn't believe in 'good or evil' but he does believe in fair play
December 22, 2025 at 8:05 PM
I think when Two-Face is at his most functional and competent should be Harvey embracing his 'bad' half and the two becoming a sort of a fragile merger state. But when you want to do a story where he's more dysfunctional, the two split and become at odds with one another
December 22, 2025 at 8:05 PM
yeah all these early year stories that retroactively establish a rivalry between Dick and Harvey are fine and all, but what if Harvey was a secondary father-ish figure to Dick just before he turned bad? wouldn't that be a interesting angle to explore that's never been done?

I think it's a good change to make Parasite an actual societal parasite but I dunno, I feel like him being a tech mogul feels too redundant given all the other tech based villains in this show. Would've been more interesting if he was a greedy slum lord of Suicide Slums

considering Weisman has also stated that Dinah is his favorite hero, I believe he was playing favorites

anyways did you know that this guy from JLU was originally created as Captain Atom's arch-enemy and was basically proto-Xanatos before Morrison turned him into monster man jobber #794?
December 4, 2025 at 11:14 PM
I always just thought he kept showing up in YJ cause Weisman co-wrote his Post-Crisis reboot

It's easy to disregard that tidbit about Eggman given his actual in-game actions, but it's glaring given how particular fans are about other stuff, like Sonic not considering himself a hero. I don't mind the idea by itself, in-fact I actually prefer it, but it's legitimacy within canon died in 2003
November 16, 2025 at 1:56 PM
Yeah but it’s ironic seeing guys who hold up X as the blueprint for how characters should be written but complain about Sage making Eggman “too soft”, like did we watch the same show? I feel like fans are too stubborn to admit these characters have been inconsistent even before the Meta Era
