Conceived as a diptych, these works play on the distinction between AGAPE—the general will and general antagonisms that shape the molar mass—and EROS—the sensual desire that animates intimate, molecular bonds.

For the Trump administration, destabilization is no accident but a deliberate strategy to prolong U.S. hegemony. As Empire mutates through this phase of crisis and competition, its balance of power will depend on which nation, the US or China, effectively leverages instability to its advantage.

The Trump crew is the faction of the U.S. ruling class that owns & accelerates this strategy in a loud, spectacular way. The other faction prefers to play it cool—same strategy, but with subtlety & disguise to maintain deniability & keep the facade of being "guardians of international order."
