For some reason, Rosemary's Baby comes to mind. It's a classic and hella creepy. Also, can't go wrong with Pet Sematary or Invasion of the Body Snatchers, 1978 or 1993 version.

I've been trying to cut out social media for a period of time during the day--chose 8-4 cause that's my work hours. I use an app that blocks me from opening Bluesky... it definitely helps. Might be helpful for you? It's weird at first, but feels empowering to reclaim that time and use it elsewhere

We got rid of ours. Fortunately it'll cancel after the last episode of Alien Earth comes out 😅
