This can happen in #canada or anywhere else. Canada has a number of anti-choice groups funded by US christian organizations.

#cpcs or #crisispregnancycenters use medical language and offerings of ‘free’ counselling to get people in the door.
#PAT is a service that exists to counter the work of CPCs and to demonstrate there are lots of providers who care and are willing to offer affordable pro-choice options.

This person had a terrible experience where their therapist was actively trying to talk them out of their procedure. This isn’t acceptable no matter who you are as a therapist. This is unfortunately all too common and is exactly why #pat exists. #nojudgement #therapy #mentalhealth #canada
