That looks spectacular Chef! We went out to a fancy schmacy Chinese place in Miami called Huntong and they do a table side flaming duck. A big show but the duck looked good. We decided to not have a fire by our table, but there he is in the background.

Today the Possum pup turns 7! Here he is from a couple months old to today. He's both cuddly and independent, and has lots of frequent flyer miles.

Today is day 2 of the NCAA Women's Volleyball Tournament with the first round concluding and some second round matches playing. Possum's Illini will face off against UNI. While the Illini is not seeded, they have a higher RPI and thus the most commonly picked upset. Yes too much bracket geekery.
