This still raises an entirely separate issue on why a major woman-dominated career/field has such superficial power (and how HR functions as a dept. is dictated by primarily CEOS)!! But that comes down to the intersection of sexism/misogyny and class struggle rather than being one or the other.

I know the world is becoming increasingly more difficult to carve a space for yourself in, but using these things to temporarily get ahead will ultimately end in falling behind in the long run. You deserve to treat yourself and your time better!!
