sorry about the rant, this was something on my mind today too.

I'm denied both feminity and masculinity. I fail both in most people's eyes.

I want to go about my day without constantly reminding me of the made-up "reality" in other people's heads about what a 24 year old peice of paper says about me. I'm so much more than that. I moved past the letter on that paper years ago. Why does it still mean so much to the rest of my life.

absolutely, i really wish i could get even well meaning "allies" to realize we are just women. we aren't some sercret third thing or people trying to live past the boundaries of "normalcy". I JUST WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE WHAT I AM.
