This #Diwali, we're sharing the poem "Diwali on the HIV Ward" (2013) by Kalyan Banda, a powerful piece which invites us to reflect on the experiences of those in the clinic as doctors or patients and recall racial and ethnic inequalities in access to the care needed to manage and live well with HIV
