The launch of Discovering Birmingham saw support from across the city. Here the Lord Mayor, Council Leader, head of Colmore Bid and CEO of @sifafireside.bsky.social lend there support overseen by broadcaster Gary Newbon. The launch is the 'end of the beginning' for a book!

Picked up another 1,000 whistles from the amazing J. Hudson whistle factory in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. Who says we don't make anything in Brum! This factory has a full order book for its handmade brass whistles which are exported all over the world.
