Two years ago, I realized they missed a whole year of payments. I talked to a customer service rep. She said it would be fixed in 24 hours. I gave them a week. One week later, I emailed the CEO directly, detailing everything. It was then fixed in 24 hours.

I have never heard of those. I had to Google them. I have never lived outside of the south.

I made berry cobbler for Christmas and made chocolate bourbon balls last night. The bourbon balls were a new addition.

One if my professors wrote gus dissertation on "primitive churches in the South". He focused on the churches in Georgia and Florida. The only thing he would ever say about them 20 years later is "those people aren't right in the head".

We use it at our college and it goes down at least once each year. Sometimes for 30 minutes other times for 3 hours.

Yes. In my department, we are pushing for zero textbook cost courses that use open access materials. But publishers use any method they can to convince professors to choose their textbook.

I only like my green bean casserole and only for holidays. I start off by slicing a red onion and soaking it in buttermilk for 30 minutes. Then I season and bread them so they are ready to be fried. I then make the mushroom sauce because cream of mushroom soup is not allowed in my kitchen...

When it's black people you have to look downtrodden. My mother doesn't believe in going out of the house looking unfinished. It took years for her to get a direct diagnosis. She was accused of mental health issues before things revealed themselves on yet another blood test.

My husband and I stared at each other. They could have had the seal sing Seal without morphing his face, and people would still have gotten the message. Big cringe!

I went to a restaurant that only serves friend fries cooked in duck fat. My friend gave me a couple. Delicious!
