I also have a big problem with both the setting and Swann. The game could have been set in 2008 instead of 1995 and I wouldn't hate adult Swann that much, she'd just be a woman with recently diagnosed ADHD as an adult and is finally getting her shit together, taking meds and finding what she likes.

I never had a big female friend group like that when I was a teenager (my friend groups have always been mixed), but I'm sure it shouldn't be like that.
Everyone is friend of Swann, but not with each other somehow. And, at the same time, Swann doesn't feel like she fully fits there.

And the girls only seem to have chemistry with Swann, but not with each other. Nora and Autumn seem to hate Kat equally, Kat looks like she hates being there, and Nora is against Autumn in any chance she gets even when they were friends before. They just seem stuck together by the circumstances

Kamihara is actually nice and likeable, but I hated how much the game dragged his scenes of just talking about nothing unnecessarily lol but the professor I just disliked the guy so much, a kid died and he's making it about himself so much PLUS his scenes were also dragged the same way!!
