Oh I must listen to this, I love this kind of stuff. It blew my mind a few years back when I heard about the proposed route of the M275, which would have linked up to the Eastern Road. It’s why Bradford Junction was built according to my dad.

I have a picture like this too, it’s of my lovely maternal grandparents (first 2 people on the left) at a party with their best friends in the 70s. They all lived near each other and had an amazing social life, they were either on nights out or on holidays all the time. Bless them all.

I’m dreading it. They definitely take a piece of you with them, don’t they? 😞 my dear girl is 11 now but I’m hoping for a few more years with her yet.

This little devil frightened the life out of me by staying out all night. She’ll normally appear at the back door by midnight but there was no sign of her. When I got up this morning and went to look for her, she was sitting on my neighbours fence and looking at me as if to say “What?”

There was a lovely John Lewis near where I lived in Southsea, and when it closed in 2019 (along with the Debenhams over the road) it pretty much killed shopping round there. I really miss department stores ☹️

This is Dusty. She is 8, fat, semi feral, and doesn’t like fireworks or any people apart from me and my husband. She loves food and eats like a dog, and I love her tummy which no one must EVER touch, or they will get bitten.

This is Georgie. She is 10 and likes to lord it over all the other cats in our area. She is very bossy but completely adorable.

Dusty is an occasional bed pisser too. She’s semi-feral and we got when she was about 4 months old. She was taken from her mother too early and was given to someone who apparently shut her in a cupboard and would hit her with a newspaper if she came out 😞 people are bastards, aren’t they?
