I would like to speak up today for the trans community.
You see, I know a bit of what it’s like to be politically scapegoated. When Japan attacked Pearl Harbor in 1941, suddenly anyone in America who had any amount of Japanese ancestry became suspect. Politicians preyed upon ignorance and fear. /1

This is ridiculous. Ghost networks are deceptive and just make it harder to access mental health care.
Insurance companies should be held accountable for putting up these barriers.
We need to pass my bill with @wyden.senate.gov and go after insurers that don’t keep their directories up to date.

President Biden tried to raise the overtime threshold, which is the point where salaried workers are entitled to earn overtime pay. It would have helped millions. A Trump appointed judge in Texas just blocked it.
