This is called anecdotal evidence and not how medicine work. While your situation is unfortunate, it isn’t the norm and the way you’re presenting it can scare people away, where the drug could literally save their life.

My wife and I have been on Zepbound for a year. It’s been life changing. She lost 50 pounds and I’m down almost 40.We aren’t lazy. She trained and completed a half Ironman and lost half a pound. I was the same weight forever,until I had brain cancer and needed steroids after surgery.This stuff rox.
