I went all 70s tonight with a fresh baked baguette. Homemade prawn cocktail sauce and prawns. Fresh herbs and sriracha to heat things up a wee bit. Oh, and a fresh squeeze of lemon.

Feeling sad.. The guy who bought my 'Rut' painting passed away lately. He was a person I grew up with. A biker and ship builder. He bought the painting and donated every penny to the Glasgow Taxi Outing to Troon.

A girls' gotta do what a girl gotta do. Today's roast dinner. I pot roasted yesterday and made a wonderful onion gravy from the juices. Yorkshire pudding included today with cauliflower cheese sauce.

His actions have remained with me since he stepped up and risked everything for the publics safety and Scotland.
