You're reading that backwards. He's saying in this document that it was literally the US Bishops trying to demand the faithful to vote against abortion. He gave cover for people to vote for her when he said "neither of these candidates is 'pro-life'".

I think the more pain-points you could identify with the existing write up, the easier it would be to target the writeup to the appropriate audience (though I don't want to speak for Spongefile). ie. What parts are hard to understand? What terminology is confusing and needs to be explained? etc
